Terms
Last updated 29 August 2026
Plain terms for a $149 document. If something here reads as a trick, tell us and we will fix the wording.
What you are buying
One audit of one website, delivered as a document. It reports what search demand we measured in your market, which of your pages already answer that demand, and which phrases have no page. Every figure carries the evidence it came from.
What it is not
- It is not a ranking, a ranking guarantee, or a forecast of traffic. Nobody controls a search index and we will not pretend otherwise.
- It is not ongoing work. There is no retainer and no subscription.
- It is not a technical penetration test, a legal review, or advice about anything other than search demand and page coverage.
Limits we will tell you about up front
- The crawl reads up to 60 pages, service pages first. If your site is larger, the report says so rather than implying we read all of it.
- Search-suggestion data changes. A figure is true on the day it was measured and we re-measure per engagement rather than quoting an old number.
- Where a reading looks unreliable, we flag it instead of quoting it. That is a real outcome, not a failure to deliver.
If the audit finds nothing wrong, we say so. You get a short report confirming your fundamentals check out. We will not manufacture a problem to justify the fee.
Refund
If you read the report and find nothing you can act on, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund the full $149. You do not have to argue the point with us.
Your website
By ordering, you confirm you are entitled to commission an audit of the site you give us. We read only publicly visible pages and we never request credentials.
Liability
The audit is information you use at your own discretion. Our liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the fee you paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
