This is a short document because we collect very little. If anything here is unclear, ask us and a person will answer.
What this site collects
Nothing automatically. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no cookie, and no third-party tracker on this page. We do not know you visited.
Two external requests are made when the page loads: Google Fonts serves the typefaces, and that request tells Google your IP address and browser, as it would on any site using them. The 3D robot is served from this domain, not a third party.
What you send us
The order and contact buttons open your own email client. Anything you write is an ordinary email to us. We keep it so we can do the work and answer you later.
What we look at during an audit
- Publicly visible pages on the website you give us, read the same way a search engine reads them.
- Publicly available search-suggestion data for your market.
We never ask for logins, analytics access, or credentials of any kind — not for your website, your ad accounts, or anything else. If someone asks you for those in our name, it is not us.
Naming you
We do not publish, quote, or name a client without written permission. Findings from work we have done appear on this site only where the business is our own or has agreed in writing.
Keeping and deleting
Audit working files are kept while the engagement is open and for a reasonable period after, so we can answer questions about a figure we gave you. Ask us to delete your data and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Quinndatum operates from Ontario, Canada. Correspondence is held on services located in Canada and the United States.
