About Quinndatum
A name, a place, and a list of what has not shipped
Quinndatum reads a website the way a search engine does, measures what the market around it actually searches for, and hands back the gap between the two — with the measurement behind every number, and a stated refusal wherever the measurement could not be taken.
Who you are dealing with
The person who reads your report is the person who wrote the engine that produced it. There is no account manager between you and the measurement.
No ticket queue, no chat widget, no gatekeeping call before you can ask a question. Email, direct.
Operating entity
| Operating as | Quinndatum, at quinndatum.com |
|---|---|
| Run by | Harpreet Singh Saini, sole operator |
| Jurisdiction | Ontario, Canada. The terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. |
| Accessibility | Treated as an AODA obligation, not an optional extra — which is also why every control in the app is held to a 44px touch target at phone width (measured at 375px, where tapping happens) and every text pair to a measured contrast floor. |
| Your data | You can download everything in your account from the app, and delete the account yourself: deletion removes the rows under it and returns a receipt of what went. The privacy page is being rewritten to cover the app, including the services your data is sent to; until it is, ask us and we will tell you in writing what we hold and where. |

What we build
| The audit | 52 deterministic checks on every page, which between them can name 104 distinct problems — each finding carrying the measurement it came from. |
|---|---|
| The engine | 27 agents, one discipline each: 17 run in order in the full pipeline (Growth plan and up), 5 are not offered because they would act on your accounts or measure nothing, and 5 need an input a website cannot give. Which of them produced output in a recorded live run is on the engine list, agent by agent. |
| Local presence | 12 checks read from your own markup — that your pages agree with each other about who you are and where. |
| AI readiness | Rule-based checks on every plan, at the price of an audit page: whether a page’s text is there before any script runs, whether it opens with the answer, whether its sections stand on their own as passages, its forms, feeds and AMP version, and plain “summarise this page” links. No model, no score. The AI visibility overview puts a site’s readings on one page, with no combined score, beside the free sources for your own site (Growth and up), each under its own name. Every paid tool names the free source for your own site before it. |
| Trust and identity | Rule-based, on every plan, at the price of an audit page: the trust signals a page shows a reader (author, about, contact and policy pages, dates, sources, review markup), listed and never scored; and whether your site says plainly who it is, and whether the profiles it lists name it back. |
| Sharing and fixes | On every plan: what a shared link to your page shows on Facebook, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp and Slack, with the image measured from the file; and, beside each fix Quinn writes, the steps for the platform the page was built with. On Growth and up: posts drafted from a page, for you to post. |
| Site audits and watches | A site audit reads up to 5 pages a run on Free, 50 on Starter, 250 on Growth, 500 on Pro and 1,000 on Agency. A watched page is re-read weekly or daily, with an alert in the app when its status, indexability, canonical, title or score changes. |
| Your own data, free | On Growth and up, at no charge: the Copilot citations of your pages and the grounding queries behind them, from the file you export from Bing’s AI Performance report. Also on Growth and up, built and available once switched on: your Bing Webmaster Tools figures (searches, pages, the links Bing has found to your site, crawl problems), read through Bing’s read-only sign-in; and your own Search Console, Google Analytics and Business Profile reviews. Each source’s figures are labelled as its own: a Bing position is never shown as a Google one. |
| Not switched on yet | Built, refused until each is connected, and not part of any price today: the AI answers DataForSEO has recorded (who they cite, answer share, citation gaps, zero-click results), the pages Google’s AI Overviews cite for your phrases, who holds the answer box for each phrase you track, keyword suggestions, a competitor keyword gap, a local map grid and a paid Google reviews reader, which wait on that paid data source; linking Bing Webmaster Tools through Bing’s read-only sign-in, which waits on our registration with Bing; your own Search Console, Google Analytics and Business Profile, which wait on Google’s approval of our app; and a Google Knowledge Graph lookup and a Google rating lookup for any business, which wait on our keys for them. |
| Playbooks | 77 in the library. Each one says whether it runs now, is already included, or what it is waiting on. The parts sum to the whole. |
| For coding agents | Quinndatum speaks MCP. Your agent reads the findings and applies the fixes in your repository, with your credentials. How it works. |
What we refuse to build
Most of what this category sells, we could build. Some of it we will not, and the reasons are published rather than implied.
- We do not do the work. Quinn writes the fix; you paste it. We never hold write access to your site, so nothing here can change it — and nothing you apply stops working when you stop paying us.
- No logins, ever. Not to your site, your analytics, your ads, or your business profile. We have built links to Google Search Console, Google Analytics and your Business Profile that you would grant on Google’s own page and could remove at any time: read-only for the first two, and for Business Profile, where Google offers no read-only access, we only read and never reply to a review. Bing Webmaster Tools would be read-only access you grant on Bing’s own page; we never ask for an API key. None is switched on yet: the Google links wait on Google’s approval of our app, and the Bing link on our registration with Bing.
- Authority is not scored. It needs a backlink index we do not operate. A number there would be a guess dressed as a measurement, so the row says not scored and why. The links Bing has found to your site, once you link Bing Webmaster Tools, are shown as Bing’s list, with no score.
- A check whose input was missing did not run. It did not pass. Every report says what it could not read and whose limit that was — ours or the site’s.
- You are charged only for what was measured. A page we could not read costs nothing and uses none of your monthly allowance.
The list of what has not shipped is public. Of the 27 agents, 15 produced output in a recorded live run on 4 October 2026, 7 are built and did not, and 5 are not offered at all. That is marked on the engine list agent by agent, because a firm whose pitch is “we tell you what we actually measured” does not get to be vague about its own product.
How it came together
Built in the open, with the notable changes on the changelog, including the bugs we shipped. This is a new product, and the dates say so.
- The site and the first audit engine go up, with a published price and the first refusals written down.
- The self-serve app opens at quinndatum.com/app, and the changelog starts.
- The comparison begins. SearchAtlas read surface by surface — eighteen captures — and every criticism we wrote of them re-asked of ourselves. Where it landed, it was fixed and recorded.
- The report says what it could not read. Coverage stated per run, in the deliverable itself, not only on the dashboard.
- Your coding agent can call Quinndatum. MCP and API keys ship: a key reaches four routes and nothing else.
